Onyx Mobile solutions are intuitive web-based products giving sales professionals the freedom to work the way they want to work while conducting business on the go. Onyx Mobile products operate across multiple devices extending the power of Onyx customer management to laptops, using Onyx Offline, and handheld devices, using Onyx Wireless, with real-time wireless access or disconnected access with data synchronization. Onyx Mobile solutions are delivered through an ultra-light Internet architecture making them more convenient and optimized for mobile use - freeing sales reps to access the critical information they need without having to carry around excess technology or hardware they don't.

Onyx Employee Portal - Offline
Onyx Offline provides sales reps with familiar OEP-based screens for an intuitive web-based client geared towards offline laptop access with easy data synchronization. While on- the-road, reps can access pertinent customer data, update their notes, and create new opportunities or leads. Once on the network, the information is seamlessly synchronized to incorporate the reps new data as well as download any new information that was added by others.

Onyx Offline takes full advantage of the flexible customization framework of the Onyx Internet Architecture to deliver a consistent user interface and familiar OEP features for sales force automation and service incident management to keep mobile users on top of their jobs-wherever they are. And, because OEP Offline is a true "thin client," you have a mobile solution that is cost effective to deploy and easy to manage with little or no new hardware costs.

Onyx Employee Portal - Wireless
Onyx Wireless offers real-time access to critical customer information for Blackberry, Palm OS and Pocket PC users. Access customer records, order and send literature, check the status of critical requests and easily customize the display/functions for Sales, Service or Executive users. The following environments are supported:
