Training is critical to the success of the overall implementation effort and broad adoption across your enterprise. Your CoreMatrix project manager will work with you to design a custom training curriculum to address the specific needs of your organization. In most cases, this will consist of a combination of the public classes and custom training. Various training options are available to you to address your specific training requirements.

Standard Public Classes
Included with each salesforce.com end user subscription license are over 10 free standard public web-based training classes to provide functional training on how to use salesforce.com. The classes are designed for Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Customer Support Representatives and Managers and Administrators and are led by professional trainers who are subject matter experts.

Custom On-site Training
CoreMatrix can deliver custom on-site classes designed to leverage the new sales and marketing business processes defined during the course of the project, as well as the standard feature-functionality of salesforce.com. They typically consist of ½ day on-site training classes and include hands-on exercises and demonstrations.

Custom Train-the-Trainer Training
These custom on-site classes, delivered by CoreMatrix trainers, focus on training a core group of customer instructors. Those persons will in-turn be the trainers of other customer personnel.

Custom Web-based Training
The CoreMatrix customer web-based training is similar to the CoreMatrix customer on-site training classes discussed above, but conducted interactively over the web. These sessions are conducted using web and audio conferencing technologies and typically do not exceed 3 hours in duration.
