Most of these have arrived on our list as a result of their request for Vermont information from the state of Vermont or the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, with permission given to distribute their names. "iContact is a great software, and is very affordable even for small businesses like ours. It's a snap to use. With a prepared email document ready to go, we easily complete a mailing in less than five minutes. When we first set up our account, we simply created a mailing list in Excel, imported it, and before we knew it, had completed our first mailing to the hundreds of recipients on our list. Since it takes so little time, we can be consistent with our advertising program, with very little effort and cost. One of the neat ways we use the program is to create a series of mailings in advance which we post to our website. When the date for the next mailing arrives, we simply copy and paste the HTML code from our HTML editor (GoLive in our case) into the iContact software and click on the send button. It's just that easy! This is a great way to keep our name in front of our target market, and at a tiny fraction of the cost of traditional advertising methods. "
