Intacct Promotes Craig N. Remy to

SAN JOSE, Calif.— September 18, 2006 — Intacct Corporation, the leader in on-demand financial applications, today announced the promotion of Craig N. Remy to vice president of marketing. Remy, who previously served as marketing director at Intacct for six years, will lead all market strategies to further increase visibility and awareness of Intacct’s popular Web-based financial application suites.

“Craig’s extensive experience in all aspects of marketing on-demand business applications to small and midsize companies enables him to provide important strategic direction for Intacct’s corporate and product marketing efforts,” said Robert J. Jurkowski, CEO and president of Intacct. “It’s a pleasure working with Craig to build one of the fastest-growing Web-based business application companies. Much of Intacct’s success can be attributed to his creativity, business acumen and passion.”

Prior to Intacct, Remy served as a marketing director at Quaartz Corporation, an Internet calendaring service, where he managed the company’s branding initiatives. At Sony Corporation, Remy was an art director in charge of advertising and marketing for Sony Development.

He also has held senior roles at Vanderbyl Design, Turner Duckworth San Francisco and Industrial Light & Magic. While at these firms, he managed projects for The Walt Disney Company, Levi Strauss & Co. and Nike.

Remy holds a bachelor of science in advertising and marketing from San Jose State University and a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from California College of the Arts.
