Amdocs will continue to provide customer management and billing solutions to help Cable One offer innovative, reliable services and responsive customer support to its 720,000 subscribers. The contract extension will assist Cable One in offering bundled services in each of its operating regions and support the company’s goal of being a low-cost provider of basic cable, digital cable and high-speed Internet services. Amdocs solutions handle a number of customer-facing and operations support business processes for Cable One, including order entry, service provisioning, billing and bill statement design. Cable One has integrated these solutions into its core business operations, from field operations to customer service and billing, and as a result, the provider delivers a better experience to its customers at every interaction.
