INDIANAPOLIS (February 13, 2006)—– Aprimo Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) software, announced today that marketing veteran Michael Emerson has joined Aprimo as chief marketing officer, where he will be responsible for driving Aprimo’s position as the leader in the EMM software market. In his role as Aprimo CMO, Emerson will provide strategic oversight to Aprimo’s worldwide marketing, including product, corporate and field marketing initiatives.

“Michael brings a demonstrated track record of building companies and marketing organizations that deliver winning results,” stated Bill Godfrey, CEO of Aprimo. “His deep knowledge of customer challenges in the marketing domain will help build upon our record performance in 2005, strengthening our global brand and furthering our leadership in the EMM space. We plan to make bold advances in the coming years, and Michael will play a pivotal role in Aprimo’s future growth and our customers’ continued success with Aprimo Marketing.”

“We are very pleased with the growing market acceptance of Aprimo Marketing and the continued market validation of Aprimo’s industry leadership position,” said Aprimo President and CEO, Bill Godfrey. “Aprimo is rapidly becoming the standard marketing software platform for enterprises worldwide, and our customers are deriving unprecedented value from our innovative solutions, increasing ROI from their marketing campaigns and programs.
