Entellium Hires Silicon Valley Veteran to Lead Sales and

CRM industry leader taps David Scott to help implement ‘explosive growth’ strategy

SEATTLE, WA—March 7, 2007— David Scott, a former senior executive at both Intermec
Technologies and PeopleSoft Inc., has joined Entellium as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Scott will be responsible for developing and managing Entellium’s product marketing, corporate communications and sales growth strategies.

Scott’s notable career has included stints at General Electric, a company noted for grooming top managers (“I grew up in the ranks of GE”) and The Boston Consulting Group. As Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Pleasanton, CA-based PeopleSoft, Scott supported the company’s $2.5 billion Global Services Division. At Everett, WA-based Intermec, a leader in RFID technology, he led a 125-member team in building the company’s first global marketing organization, which was the first in Intermec’s 40-year history.

Scott holds a master’s degree in entrepreneurial management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, as well as a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. In addition, he is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a designation that indicates a mastery of developing and implementing business projects and solutions that produce financial results.
