CSG Systems’ Care Express Enables Over Five Million Consumers to Manage Cable and Satellite Accounts Online

CSG’s Industry-Leading Self-Service Solution Reaches New Milestone

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (02/20/2007) Leading billing and customer care solutions provider CSG Systems (NASDAQ: CSGS) today announced that its CSG Care Express product, a solution for cable and direct broadcast satellite (DBS) providers that enables online customer self-service, now serves more than five million consumers of cable and satellite services nationwide.

CSG Care Express allows consumers to manage their accounts, view and pay bills over the Internet and virtually eliminates manual processes carried out by customer service representatives (CSRs) when taking orders and upgrading services. Care Express offers convenience for the consumer and saves expense for the operator as these customers do not have to contact the call center for routine business such as billing and account inquiries.

Today, more than five million consumers have registered to manage their accounts, view and pay bills from cable and DBS providers nationwide, powered by CSG Care Express. Across its client base, CSG and its clients are signing up more than 5,000 new Care Express users each day.

Over the coming months, CSG will build new enhancements into Care Express to enable consumers to manage their account and pay bills through retail kiosks, and will offer cable and satellite operators more flexibility to design creative bundles of solutions with personalized offers and discounting tailored to the individual consumer.
