MENLO PARK, Calif. – October 25, 2006 - KANA Software Inc. (PinkSheets: KANA.PK), a world leader in multi-channel customer service, today announced that its third quarter 2006 financial results will be released following the close of the market on Tuesday, October 31, 2006. A conference call with Michael Fields, President and Chief Executive Officer, and John Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, will be held at 1:30 p.m. PST (4:30 p.m. EST) on October 31st to discuss these results.
