LONDON — September 13, 2006 — Salesforce.com [NYSE: CRM], the technology and market leader in on-demand business services, today announced additional new customization features of Winter 07, including delivering full componentization of its analytical dashboards — allowing customers, developers, and partners to create, share, and combine new components that analyze and present data from Salesforce and partner solutions. The powerful new analytics dashboard mash-up capabilities will enable salesforce.com customers and subscribers to easily create, share and manage business presentations and dashboards directly in their Salesforce implementations. Salesforce Winter 07 is scheduled for availability in the fourth quarter and will drive forward a new era of unlimited freedom, collaboration and success for customers. Business Objects announcement of Crystal Xcelsius within the new Salesforce dashboard framework extends the power of Salesforce dashboards, delivering an interactive visualization solution to help better present business data to customers, prospects and colleagues. Now for the first time, customers can pick and choose the best analytical components from a rich variety of industry leaders and combine them into a single view or dashboard. This new capability in Winter 07 will empower the salesforce.com developer and partner community to create, share, and list new components on the AppExchange, giving customers unparalleled choice.
